It’s lightweight and soaks into the skin very quickly, it’s not at all oily. Perfect as a day cream and my skin loves it and looks well hydrated after. My boyfriend also started using it about a year ago. He has super sensitive skin and can’t use a lot of other brands because they irritate his skin; but this one works great for him too.

I just came here to order another 5ooml bottle, but I see Aveda have stopped selling it in that size. I'm not going buy it at a more expensive price in smaller bottles. I'm getting pretty disappointed with the way Aveda is packaging its products to maximise profits. I used to buy the Chakra fragrances but stopped when they moved from glass bottle to plastic; no doubt to increase their margin. As if the world needs more plastic waste too!
