Directions

It can be used:

On its own as daily skincare, combined with your usual day cream or mixed into foundation. You don't need to massage the product in. Smooth a very thin layer onto the face, neck and décolleté then apply make-up straight away.

As a mask 2-3 times per week, applied in a thick layer. After 10 minutes, remove excess product with water, apply toner with cotton pads then dry.

It simply does not work anymore. You've removed everything that was wonderful from the formula: But you're still calling it by the same name. It's a completely different product now: It is not a beauty flash balm. You cannot keep calling it. that. I feel tricked. One day, great. The very next day, ( with a new tube, now the balm) awful. Been a customer for many, many years; decades in fact. You should *not* be selling it with the same name. Ruined the one thing that made me feel beautiful. If you are new to this product and like, fair enough. But to the customers, like me, that have depended on it: You will be very disappointed.
