Directions
Spread over face & neck twice daily all over, or where needed. For best results, use after Facial Soap and Clarifying Lotion.

Fabulous stuff
I love this gel, it does wonders for my skin. It goes on easily, is quickly absorbed and leaves my skin plumped up and smooth. This is not just my imagination, after I started using it a friend remarked on how well my skin was looking and wanted to know what I was using!

Gorgeous lightweight hydration
A lovely lightweight moisturiser that leaves a slight tackiness behind that is perfect as a base for makeup. Leaves a healthy glow behind that I absolutely love, I have normal to oily skin which I think this product is really compatible with. Praise for the fact that there is no fragrance in their moisturiser as fragrance makes me break out.

Perfect Base
I wear very little make-up and no foundation, so this moisturiser is left to do the heavy lifting for most of my face - while I am neither very oily nor dry, I have struggled to find a moisturiser that I like and that works with my skin. While it can initially feel a little sticky when applied, it settles in if you leave it alone for a couple of seconds. I often struggle with the weight and scent of skincare products, but this feels light on my face and doesn't agitate me at all. Whereas other products in the dramatically different range were not suitable for my skin and did feel a little heavy (understandably so as they are targeted towards different skin types). So I would 100% recommend this product.

Left feeling sticky with breakouts
I've always loved Clinique moisturisers, and so when this was recommended to me by a Clinique consultant for the first time, I was really excited to try something new. It felt absolutely amazing when I tried a small amount on my hand in store, but when I got home and started using it properly, I found my skin was left really sticky. I had a few areas of breakouts within the first week, but I put that down to being a new product and hoped it would calm down a bit in due course, but unfortunately it didn't. I've tried it a number of times since then in the hope that my skin was just being fussy (it can be very sensitive sometimes), but I'm still left with a sticky, spotty face afterwards, and in terms of feeling moisturised, it's not really doing much, especially in the more drier areas. As I normally have such confidence in Clinique products, I threw away my reciept so wasn't able to return it to the store for a refund :( I'd really recommend asking for a sample or a smaller bottle if you're new to using this product as judging by the reviews it can be a little hit and miss.

Excellent Hydrating Serum!
Whilst I know this product is targeted as a moisturiser I find it best used as a hydrating serum after cleansing and using a splash of the Moisture Surge Hydrating Lotion and before other serums. It's full of really nice hydrating ingredients but do feel it needs to be sealed in with a moisturiser with a little more oomph - but that's totally down to how my skin is and I can imagine this would be lovely as a stand-alone moisturiser for a more oilier skin type! Well done Clinique!
