Just 1 gram of it can hold up to 6 liters of water, making it the ultimate ingredient to deeply hydrate scalp and hair without weighing it down.

Directions

After your regular wash routine, apply all over the hair, from root to tip. For a quick soothing boost, leave on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. For a deep soothing treatment, leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse.

It has a thinner formula than I was expecting. The result of that is that it may not be the best for those who have extremely dry hair. But for my purposes it was really nice.
