Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rubbish! Extremely dissapointing 'so called new formular' Best way to describe this new formular is 'terrible'. What remains most surprising is after so many complaints and bad reviews on thiis particular product Elemis seems to still refuse to listen and acknowledge customer concerns and dissapointment with the changed formular. I certainly will not be buying any more of this serum.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the new formula In response to other reviews, I’ll start by saying that I prefer the new formula to the old formulation. I found the old version to be too oily/greasy and it never absorbed properly into my skin. This new formula is more lightweight, it sinks in effortlessly (especially to damp skin when using the Elemis toners and essences) and in my experience is more hydrating and firming than the previous version. Especially love that the formula includes a peptide. For those who are interested, give it a chance! Everyone’s skin is different. I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin’s firmness and forehead wrinkles using this new formulation and it has now become one of my favorite Elemis products, which I used to not like.

I loved everything about the old formula -- the way it made my skin feel soothed and nurtured, the ease of application, its effectiveness at reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and its scent -- all lacking in the new formulation. In my experience, the old formula was even more effective than your new Pro-Collagen Future Restore Serum.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unfortunately the negative reviews are correct Regretfully adding my voice to the pleas to revert back to the old formula. I read the reviews but thought I would try for myself. I used to use the serum every day and it was genuinely an incredibly product for my skin as I age. This new formula is not like a serum at all, it's a white cream that gives little to no coverage and dries sticky and flaky on my skin. I used it under my make up like I had previously and had to wash everything off and start again as I had a weird residue that was peeling off. Such a shame, will be looking elsewhere for a serum.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the old formula I was just about to order a new bottle of this and so glad I have read the reviews. The one I have just finished the old formula and absolutely loved it. It left my sling dewy and glowing, I did not need to wear make up. Why do companies do this? Change a hood thing. Your marketing and team who deal with the products have made a mistake, bring the old formula back.
