Directions

Apply ELEMIS Sp@Home Musclease Active Body Oil daily after a Musclease Herbal Bath or Sharp Shower. Pour a small amount into the palm. Rub in gently over problem areas, lower back, abdomen, buttocks and thighs when the body is warm.
