I’m not sure if maybe I got an old one but as far as the mascara it wasn’t the best. The mascara covered the wand and it made my lashes clump - Even with the lash separator.

It does not smudge; does give you a little bit of spider eyes if applied too many coats. So far it is a good replacement for the beloved Shu Uemura mascara.

It is great for daily use and my lashes feel thick and not damaged. It comes off easily too when using a make up remover which is important as other mascaras make your lashes fall out when removing it. I really love this mascara!
