Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overall disappointing. Why has the formula suddenly changed? Definitely not new and improved. A lot thinner and not as effective. Also, why have the contents separated? Kiehls used to be a go to brand but not anymore.

It’s slightly oily in application and leaves a subtle sheen but it serves to also provide a bit of a ‘glow’. I alternate between this and the men’s age defender eye cream which is thicker and less oily but is also a nice alternative if you don’t like the oily application of this one. Both are great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Skin reaction with new formula I am really disappointed with the new formula on this product. I have used this eye cream for 10+ years and it has always worked really well. Since using the new formula, around my eyes has become red and inflamed. The skin is dry and tight and very uncomfortable. I really hope Kiehl’s return to the old formula. Not sure why it needed changing when the reviews previously were so good on this product!

Hi, I have dry,red scaly skin on my brow bones. Could this be applied to help soothe the skin in this area. Is it suitable for sensitive eyes/eczema? Thank you

It has really helped my bags/dark circles, I actually just looked at a photo of myself from before I was using it and was shocked. I've never found eye creams to make any difference so I hadn't expected this to work but it does.

I've been recommended this product. But I have the worst dark circles under my eye they're not puffy at all and wondered if this would help my dark circles or is used mainly for puffy baggy eyes? Thank you!

Hi, The Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado will help achieve moisture to the eye area but it will not help with the dark circles. I would recommend using the Kiehl's Clearly Corrective Dark Circle Perfector SPF 30 15ml, this will help reduce the appearance of dark circles while brightening the eye area.
