Directions

1) Shake the bottle before each use to activate the formula and mix the two phases into a homogeneous solution. 

2) Apply Bi-Facil Clean & Care to a cotton pad and place it on each closed eye. 

3) Leave the cotton pad soaked for a few seconds to dissolve the makeup, and then touch the eyelids to remove the makeup.

The lack of performance required the overuse of the product, which was more expensive and used much faster than other make-up removal products.

At the end there were noticeably fewer fine lines under and around my eye. I don't usually leave reviews but I had to leave this one because the product is just that good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best eye and all-over face makeup remover! I am in love with this new eye makeup remover. I have always gotten compliments on my skin and lately had noticed there was a shortage of gentle eye makeup removers on the market. This new product removes my eye makeup gently. This liquid remover is comforting and protects the skin around my eyes. I also use it as an all-over face makeup remover as my 1st step (pre-wash) and finish for my 2nd step with a very mild facial wash like Cetaphil or a cotton ball dipped in a moisturizing toner or just a warm, wet washcloth to finish removing traces of face makeup. I do not agree with a couple of the reviewers that this product does not remove waterproof eye-makeup. They are just using it incorrectly. I usually wear hardy-mascaras like Monsieur Big and NARS Extreme Climax, and I just put solution on a cotton disc and hold over my eyelids and lashes and then wiggle between lashes at lash line. I prefer this remover to the original Bi-facil. Please never discontinue this one. This is FANTASTIC!!!!!
