Product 2 THICK had to add water to use
This product is way too thick. I had to add water to even get it out of the bottle. I will go back to using the medium. I have very thick hair so thought it would work be good, but it’s not

I have been using this product for years paired with the shampoo. It leaves my hair silky soft and the smell is lovely (not too strong)! Obsessed with everything Ouai but this is definitely my favorite product!

incredible
i accidentally ordered this because i confused it with olaplex, but i prefer this so much more! i have very thick hair, this shampoo and conditioner makes it feel so soft and luxurious. seriously such a difference than the basic drugstore shampoo im used to. my mom even loves the conditioner and stole it from me so i got one just for her.
