Going back to original formula?
I agree with the reviews that the new formula is disappointing. But I am confused by the Palmers responses...are you going back to the original formula? Or are you not able to? "Original" fans want to know! :)

My go to
Love the product,, wish it didn't have added fragrance it's not necessary. The microchrystaline wax makes lips feel smooth along with the cocoa butter my go to lip product all year long.

How do I get a question answered?
I bought the lip balm probably my third time now. I do not see any expiration date anywhere on the product? How is one supposed to know?

Darn it!
I thought my body was having a crazy reaction and I couldn't figure out why. It's the sunflower oil. I'm allergic to sunflowers. The lip balm was making my lips crack and I have full body rashes from using the body cream. I wanted to smell cocoa buttery with shiny skin too. Not with this brand.

I can't believe you took the sunscreen out
This used to be my holy grail lip balm because of the spf and how soft it left my lips. I wear it daily under my lipstick but now that you took the spf out I have to find something else. Why change something that was so perfect?

Disappointed with new formula
I have been looking everywhere for the original cocoa butter lip balm. I have been using this product for years but sadly I won’t be buying the new formula anymore. It tastes horrible and chemical, whereas the original formula tasted delicious and moistened my lips beautifully. Very sad to lose such a beloved item. I can’t recommend the new formula.

Awful why did they change it I do not know
I used it for years it was the only thing that worked on my lips I swore by it, would carry one everywhere with me, I can't find anything else like it. So disappointing wish they'd bring back the old formula. Why change something that worked now it doesn't.

Such a shame
I have been using this lip balm for many many years. Recently you have messed about with the formula. I read that you wanted to remove the SPF15 sunscreen. Fine I thought not a major factor. However I found that yiu completely changed the product. It was awful nothing like the old one. Then I read that yiu had returned to the old formula. Hardly surprising as it was terrible. So I gave this one a try. While it is better than the white version this is nowhere near as good as the original. It's a Mish mash of the new version and the old. It doesn't taste as good doesn't smell as good and doesn't last on the lips very long. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The old adage of if it isn't broken don't fix it comes to mind. Now I have to keep trying other lip balms until I find one anywhere near as good as the old lip balm. Such a shame such a shame.
