Ultra soothing Micellar eye-cleansing gel. The PALPEBRAL range was developed hand in hand with specialised allergist-dermatologists to soothe and care for even the most reactive and allergic of sensitive skins.
Palpebral Eye Make-Up Cleanser gently removes all make-up, even waterproof. Its cool and soothing gel-texture was specifically developed for hypersensitive eyes, to be more comfortable on contact than water itself. The remover gel sweeps softly and easily over the eye area, eliminating make-up and acting as a water-saturated 'cushion' between the eye and the applicator (finger / cotton pad). This 'buffering' minimizes friction against the delicate skin of the eye are, reducing damage and irritation in the make-up removal process. No more red, sore eyes, no more dragging delicate skin. Suitable for contact lens wearers.

Directions
Put a dab of gel on a cotton disc. Leave on for a few seconds, then stretch towards the temples without rubbing. Can be used without cotton wool.

My go to Eye Make Up Remover
It certainly does not aggravate the skin around my eyes which is sensitive. I have tried most eye make up removers but they are too harsh for me. It doesn’t remove all the mascara though, at least not straight away, but I love this product regardless.

No worries with Palpebral
After a long day of wearing make up and looking at this thing and the next thing, this remover goes on easily and is just so soothing for my tired eyes and pleasurable to use. It goes on without any irritation but I am not so sure how it would fair with strong water proof mascara. I will definitely buy again.

Better than Bioderma
I recently switched from the Bioderma Sensibio H20 Micellar Water to this. SVR Palperbal removes makeup effectively (though I don't wear a lot) and is very gentle on my sensitive skin.
