Directions
The ideal gentle AM and PM cleanser. Gently massage a small amount onto dampened face and neck, add water, then rinse thoroughly.

Love/Hate
Love the oat cleansing balm, especially if I am wearing makeup as it removes it effortlessly as part of my double cleansing routine. However.. Hate the packaging! The packaging is so wrong for a product of this consistency! It’s difficult to squeeze out and when more than half of the product has been used you then have to cut the tube in half to get the remainder out. Such a good product that is being let down by the packaging. Come on The Inkey List! You can do better!

Best 1st cleanse.
This is the perfect 1st step in a Double cleanse. Removes make up and spf easily, doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, hasn't caused breakouts and seems to help with my persistent redness. Even without makeup my skin looks calmer and more even.

Disappointed
This product was my go to cleanser, however, I’m really disappointed that the last two bottles I have bought have been absolutely horrid. If I could find the receipt, I would definitely try and return to the store! The formula now seems to have an excessive amount of micro beads, which are hard, rough and do not melt with water. Far from ideal when you have sensitive skin! It seems quite a few people have had this issue. Sadly I will not be purchasing again.

Oat cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a firm fan of this product and on my 3 rd reorder.I use it as part of my double cleanse at night and my skin feels so silky afterwards. I have much fewer breakouts now. I love the texture and the beads in the formula make you feel like you’re getting a spa treatment.My only negative to say is that the product is very hard to get out of the dispenser due to the thickness of the balm so maybe would be better in a tub.

Cleaning not drying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this. I would give 4.5 due to it being sometimes difficult to get out as quite solid, but leaves the skin cleansed, soft and feeling protected.

I'm worried I would be over-stripping my skin since I use a water based cleanser that contains Salicylic acid & also use the Paula's choice 2% BHA exfoliant. Would this be too much to add to my routine?
I love the oat cleanser & find it to be gentle on my skin even when using retinol & acids etc. Hope this helps
