Caused allergic reaction
This serum did not suit me, from the first application I got a strong burning feeling under eyes and awful irritation. A day later I decided to try it again, but the same reaction occurred, so unfortunately I will not be using it again.

I have never had a reaction to any eye serum before but this left me red blotches under my eyes. Hugely disappointed as I love Ordinary products

Awful product
I bought this product last week and used 2-3 times. Even with only limited use, it made my under eyes puffier, dry, and caused micro-tearing of my skin. I literally have cuts on my under eyes from how badly this product reacted to my skin. The dryness has spread down my cheeks and around my eyes, so my skin is flakey. It is so irritated and red, I have never reacted to a product like this. I would not recommend at all. It is advertised as being friendly for sensitive skin, which I have, yet it caused the most adverse reaction I've ever had.

Be Patient
This is an excellent product, but it takes patience. I am older and have thinning eyebrows and eyelashes. I use this faithfully and my lashes have gotten longer over time, which surprised me one day as I was putting on mascara and I noticed how long they were. It seemed sudden, but it took time before I noticed. This also has helped my brows to grow ( over plucked in the 80's during that ridiculous pencil-thin craze). I also use it around my hairline.
