Product Description
This product is a water-based, exfoliating formula designed to remove dead skin cells that can contribute to clogged pores. It is formulated for all skin types, including those prone to congestion and blemishes.
Directions
Apply once daily in the evening. Apply a small dot to the target area or apply a small amount over the face for general use. Do not use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes.

Allergic reaction - has the formula changed?
I used this previously with really good results but having had a break and returning to it 2 days ago, I've had the most terrible reaction to it. My skin is tingling and burning and is covered in a red, painful, bumpy and swollen rash, and my right eye is swollen similar to that of an allergic reaction. I've had to take prescription antihistamines to try and take the swelling down but the redness is persistent. My face feels like it's burning and I feel so ugly and swollen. Having struggled with my skin over the last year, I'm so disappointed that I'd found a regimen that worked and now I've had such a strong reaction to it that I can't continue to use it - I can only assume that the formula has changed. Please change it back. Looking at other reviews, my only comfort is that I'm not the only one with this problem (as I couldn't find anything online about this kind of reaction), but this product clearly causes a significant reaction to a lot of people, many of whom seem to have used it before without issue.

I bought this about a year ago and omg, this product is my holy grail. It helped reduce the visibility of the pores/whitehead on my forehead, chin and cheeks. I love it

Don't buy it! Save your skin!
Recently, I had a very severe allergic reaction, but I didn't immediately realise what it was. The day before the reaction, I used a serum and a mask with salicylic acid, and this is the result I got in the morning.
I see from the reviews that I'm not the only one, so try not to use this product at all if you don't want to spend money on facial recovery creams later. And I would recommend the company to remove this product from sale.

Started well, disaster followed
Started well, then all of a sudden I got a massive reaction. Dermatologist told me it's Seborrheic dermatitis. Had to cure it with Canesten over a period of one week

Allergic reaction
I had a horrible allergic reaction from this product, as so many others apparently (I was shocked to see this happened to their people as well when I saw the comments, I thought it was just me being hypersensitive so some ingredient)
My eyes were swollen to the point I could hardly see, my face was red, weirdly textured and swollen to oblivion - I looked like a monster and had to get medical assistance.

Great spot treatment with a great price tag
I am so happy with this product. I use it as a spot treatment on blemishes and I can already see results.
Plus love the pricing and great value!
Please note that this is a powerful serum & you MUST use it according to the instructions.
I was scared to try this based on the negative reviews but after reading the instructions I realised that those reviewers did not use the product correctly.
Highly recommended to those who actually need this product!

Allergic reaction for 3 months
For 2 years this produc was my go-to. I loved it, it made my skin look flawless and got rid of my blemishes and spots - July 2024, bought a bottle and my face was swollen to the point of me having to have time off work - eczema symptoms all over my face and neck - this product had clearly had a new formula and it’s dangerous

Avoid!!
I had been using this product for over 12 months and then suddenly it caused an awful reaction (like all of the other reviewers have posted). I immediately stopped the product, reintroduced it and had the same reaction. My skin was burning and inflamed for weeks. Avoid avoid avoid!!
