Directions
Use morning and/or evening. Moisten a cotton pad with the product and place on each closed eye.
Gently tap the cotton pad on the eyelid for 10 seconds to allow eyeshadow to completely dissolve. Then sweep over the eyelashes from root to tip, without rubbing.

Severe allergic reaction
Severe allergic reaction, eyes so swollen i couldn't open them. After a few days of swelling I was left with bad eczema on my eyelids, raw red sore peeling skin. Had to have steroid cream. 3 weeks in still red painful raw skin.

Please change the ingredients back!!!!!
I have been using this eye make up remover for many years.
I don't know what Clarins has done to the ingredients but this new one purchased 2024 is awful.
The smell is horrid, it doesn't remove eyeliner and mascara like it used to and it's affected the skin around my eyes every time I've used it.
I did purchase another in January 2025 hoping I'd had a dodgy bottle,. unfortunately not so will be returning.

Stings, stinks and spurts!
Clarins always made the most perfect eye makeup remover, I used it for decades. The new version irritates my eyes and skin – and it smells like fly killer. Given the number of people making similar comments in their reviews, there's clearly a problem. It flows too fast from the bottle – at least it’s over and done with more quickly and I’m now trying different products. So far, not one is as unpleasant as this ghastly concoction and I've found one which is very similar to the original Clarins – but £10 cheaper. I’ve used Clarins products for about 50 years but with the new formulas, I’m replacing several of them, the facial washes are awful and I still miss the gentle cleansing lotion with Alpine herbs. As for the new express eye makeup remover – never again.

Burning sensation
Like many of the reviews I have been using this make up remover for years. I recently had 2 of the new formula remover bought as a present. On the first use it stung my eyes really badly. I have sensitive eyes and don't think I can carry on using it. It's made them red and and the burning sensation is horrendous. I'm very disappointed 😞
