Salon ready every time
I have very thick coarse Asian hair, I dry my hair 80% and then use the brush to style and finish. It gives me salon hair / waves. I absolutely love it, it did take some time to work out how to use as the device/brush is very plasticy and took some getting used to work out. It can pull your hair when you're trying to figure it out. Which is annoying! Having said that it's still really changed my hair routine! Highly recommend this to anyone. Just wish it was a bit cheaper though!

Not for me
Unfortunately returned, item was too heavy and large, difficult to handle and got very hot with no option to regulate temperature. This item didnt suit me.

Unreal....absolutely blew me away...!
I was really torn about this as it was so expensive but I LOVE IT.
Only downside is that it's heavy, and quite noisy! It also doesn't turn off right away (not sure if this is a fault...?)
But the results are incredible and my hair is in great condition from using it over straighteners.
Well done again GHD!

Had high hopes HAD !!!
After seeing several videos and reading g several reviews I decided to purchase this item, which as we know isn’t cheap. I’m really disappointed, it’s doesn’t leave my hair all soft a glory as shown in videos it leaves it dry and straw like. I’ve used the recommended sprays and creams and it makes no use. Hair doesn’t look great. I will persevere due to the high price paid. But recommend I don’t. I love GHD items but not this.

There does not appear to be any control over the heat so I burnt myself a couple of times as this item is quite heavy and spiteful. So I have sent it back and requested a refund.

Deliberated for a long time
I've been looking at this for a while as I love my original Duet so much as I knew what to expect from a weight perspective. My hair is shoulder length and the cost made it a considered purchase. At Christmas I gave in and I have to say I love it. Definitely gives my hair more of a blown out look. Quality wise it's great and I'm totally happy. Only negative is the case in the gift set feels a touch cheap.

Doesn’t work on my hair
I have thick coarse hair and found it never made my hair smooth enough
It gets very hot and you can’t touch near where the brush is as it can burn your hand
Very expensive for what this product is
If you could try before you buy then I wouldn’t of purchased this
I love ghd other products but not this one
