Directions

Love this product
This milky toner is now a staple in my routine! It is a liquid milky toner, and I use it in my morning routine. My skin feels hydrated, soft, and even. The toner has been helping with uneven pigmentation, and I feel like my skin is more radiant. I apply all over my face, and even a tiny little bit under the eye, where I have chicken skin. The product is not irritating to my skin.

My favorite product yet
I love this product! My skin has been so clear since I started using it! My only complaint would be the packaging: it comes with a plastic "stopper" of sorts, which I removed because I couldn't get product out with it in there, but then it leaked the 2 times I traveled with it. Obviously the product is too great to not take, so I just had to put some in a travel bottle. Don't ever discontinue this, please!

A new favorite toner - well done The Ordinary!!
This milky toner is really good! It’s hydrating, moisturizing, gently exfoliating, and the ferments give skin that glowing from within effect. The only thing I would change is the bottle size - 200ml would be great and likely still a possibility in a glass bottle. I will be repurchasing until or unless the formula changes.

This is super hydrating! I love it! I wish it wasn’t so watery but it is extremely hydrating. Just wish it was a tiny bit thicker

It really works!
I have a lot of pigmentations easy to get and difficult to rid off. tried everything (inkl. laser treatment). After about 3 weeks using it twice a day I had an effect comparable with after laser treatment. I’m really impressed. Now this toner stays in my routine regimen for sure!

Disaster
I bought it three weeks ago. My skin never have been such a tterrible condition. Its bumps and pimples all over hair line, ears and chin. It looks very rough.

Look out- delayed reaction.
I have been using this for a while, probably 3 months and it was great. However, I noticed recently that upon application it started to burn. It took a while to figure it out, but this has now created a full on allergic reaction. My eyelids are red and swollen, and scaly. I didn't put this anywhere near my eyelids.
I stopped using it a couple days ago and symptoms are improving, but not completely resolved. Horrible experience with this product. Especially strange because it didn't bother me at first, but now it seems toxic.
