From Unexpected Gift to Love for a New Product!!
Bought this as a gift for my teen daughter who has been looking for a good skincare routine. I know The Ordinary is a great brand as I have personally used it myself. Truthfully I only bought this item as I could get the free keychain attachment for it. She actually loves this product and shares/shows it off proudly on her purse and mentioned she actually was looking for a good lip product to help with dry lips during this dry winter time. Five stars from us!

Very DISAPPOINTED
I'm very disappointed in this product. It feels wonderful going on but disappears quickly and needs to be reapplied. I even tried covering with Vaseline to lock it in and it still doesn't last unfortunately 😔 will not be ordering again.

Nothing Special-Odd Method of Delivery
Glad I at least got on sale, but even on sale it is so over-priced! will absolutely not buy again. There is nothing (I personally feel...others may disagree) special here in terms of a lip balm that you can get elsewhere at a lower price for what it claims to do. What makes it worse, however, is its method of delivery. An odd, round-shaped, hard to squeeze piece of rubber/plastic. Squeeze too hard...you get too much product. Squeeze too lightly...you get nothing. This was not a great idea.

Does not work for me
Do not like this formulation. And of my years of Ordinary purchases, this is the only product I am not happy with. Yes, the container is adorable. Yes, goes on smooth. Yes, keychain is sweet. But my lips have never ever been as dry and chapped as they are now. Clearly, this is not for me.

Keychain Lip Treatment
My lips are always dry and peeling. I've tries SO many products including sleep masks and nothing worked. This felt amazing when I used it and my lips are soft and nourished all day. With the Keychain attachment, it's always there when I need it.
